What a beast! This huge bespoke dugout for Aston Villa was a single run at over 14 metres wide.

The sightlines meant we adapted our usual rear taper to a front taper deign and designed custom guttering channels to force water run off down the end frames. We also designed and fabricated a step to give a tiered seating row to the rear seating in the dugout with integrated cabling ingress points.

Overall 35 No. SS2 premium sports seats, half of which had the added heating pack installed. Full colour print padded vinyls custom fabricated to suit the guttering detail and frost vinyl’s to separate the AWAY, HOME and fourth official area. The finishing touch was a set of custom embroidered seat covers complete with the proud historical crest.

It took some manoeuvring to get it installed by our guys as we were limited by the alcove walling which surrounds the 3 sides of the technical area, just 20mm spare, testament to our site measure and manufacturing accuracy as well as the skillset of our team and their years of experience installing dugouts at football and sports club round the UK and overseas.
