We were contacted by Crawley Town’s chief executive to design and manufacture some new integrated dugouts to fit into their existing technical area at the Broadfield Stadium. We designed new dugouts and created 3D visuals which enabled us to then clearly show our new proposed technical area, new dugouts and seats.

We designed a combination of a square and curved frame bespoke dugouts to fit in the available space for both the Home and Away areas whilst giving the maximum cover for seated players and staff. We also added frost vinyl’s to the rear and side panels of the dugout to ‘hide’ the stepped area behind the technical area.

In addition to the manufacture of the dugouts, we were also asked to supply tip-up seats for the dugouts. We utilised a padded tip-up seat with screen printed logo to the underside for the Home dugout and the equivalent non-padded version for the Away dugout.

The project took around 8 weeks from the initial site measure, signoff of the dugout framework design and then on-site installation.
